Rodeo Time

The Big Spring Rodeo was this past weekend, so we took Brylon with us to the rodeo. I couldn't tell you if she liked it or not. We didn't really get to see much of the rodeo. Her Daddy was too busy socializing!!! Brylon didn't seem to mind - I think she is going to take after her daddy in that department. It may take her a minute or two before she warms up to new people, but once she does, you better watch out. She will be the center of attention -- she makes sure of that! She is such a Ham and is learning how to use that smile and her blue eyes.

We are in TROUBLE!

Our friends, Jake & Kassie, have a daughter, Jolie, who is 1 month older than Brylon. Jake manages the Edward's Ranch which pretty much surrounds our place, so Brylon & Jolie will no doubt grow up together. The girls have so much fun together and are amazing to watch. I don't know how they do it, but they seem to communicate so well with each other without saying one word, or at least a word an adult can recognize, to each other. I am afraid we are in trouble because when one girl is unsure about doing something, the other doesn't seem to have a problem with it. Therefore, the other girl will just fall in right behind the leader!!

I made matching visors for the girls. This is the only time we could get them to sit down for a few seconds to take a picture.

We have to watch her closely when we are outside. Before you know it, she is through that fence trying to give the horses kisses while they are eating.

Brylon never minds when we get a babysitter for the evening. She loves Britni, and the best part is she usually stays at Britni's house with a housefull of cousins, not to mention an Aunt and Uncle, who love to spoil her rotten.

We had a birthday party to go to a couple of weeks ago, so Brylon got to stay with Britni. Our nephew & his wife were also down for the weekend, so Brylon got even more attention. Kristen took these pictures and sent them to me, so I thought I would share them.
