Brylon's daycare is owned by the Church of the Nazarene, so this year they had a pretty cool palm service the Monday after Palm Sunday. The preacher from the church dressed up and walked to the school with a donkey and told the Passion story. What a neat idea. The kids loved it. They all made "palms" to wave .

It was so windy and nasty the day they were supposed to have their Easter party and egg hunt. They did not get to go outside and hunt eggs, but they had a great party in their classroom.
Having a "bad hair day"
Easter Sunday was a beautiful day. A little cool in the morning, but a beautiful afternoon. We got to hunt Easter eggs after church and again at Oma & Opa's house. Brylon was also able to hunt eggs at Nana & Papa's house the day before. The child was not lacking on sugar that weekend. For that matter, she still has plenty of residual Easter sugar.
