Quack! Quack! Quack!

We went to the park last week while Brian was in Nebraska. Brylon loved playing in the sand and throwing the sand and rocks back in the water. It was a little cool that day, but the weather did not stop her from wanting to go "wimmin". I had a hard time convincing her to stay out of the water.

Oma (Annette) sings a "little duck" song with her and her favorite part is the quacking part of the song. When she heard the ducks quacking she got excited and wanted to go see the "quack, quack, quack".

She thought it was pretty cool when they all started coming to her.

WHOA! Getting a little close!

"Whereday go????"

This poor duck was hurt. I was a little nervous letting her get so close, but of course she had to-you guessed it-kiss the duck.

Just a few snapshots.

OH! Did I say she is becoming little miss independent?

"I doit"

Found the water puddles. And LOVED them!
She found my goggles in my gym bag.

MOVE OVER MICHAEL PHELPS!!!

She is talking more & more every day. My favorite is when she holds her hands up to you and says "hold you?". Some of her toys, especially the ones that make annoying noises, have suddenly become "boke". She holds them up to us and the "boke" gets louder every time she says it as if the increasing volume in her voice will somehow "unboke" the toy.

Unfortunately, the most frequent phrase we are hearing lately is "make mess". One of my favorite stories is one morning Brian was making breakfast (like he does every morning--how awesome is that!!!) and Brylon accidently pulled over the whole carton of eggs. The look on her face was priceless and a very dramatic "OHHHHHNOOOO" was hilarious! No Steve, they didn't fall on her head, so she didn't have shiny hair that day! (inside joke)

She enjoys the football games. She is always starving for attention at the games--HA!

Vicki made her cheerleading outfit. Thanks Vicki!
Kissing Elli "Goooo Mocus!!!!"

Love the pictures! Darren and I adopted several "Brylon-isms", and our favorite is "hold you!". But of course it has to be pronounced, "howwd you". =) She's such a cutie!!
